For those of you that actually read my emails and follow my Facebook posts you’ll be well aware that I’m a big believer in building our foundations in Training, Food and Lifestyle so when things go wrong as they sometimes will like an injury or a two week blow out in the canaries we will have plenty of good habits to fall back on and it won’t be as heart-breaking to get back on track.
It’s great to see so many people nowadays into their health and ditching commercial gyms for Personal Trainers but at the end of the day, it’s not cheap and so many of you are being conned out of your money and have nothing to show for it after 4, 8 or 12 weeks.
So today I’m going to have another moment of cutting the crap in and tell you the truth.

Linchpin is also a fantastic Book by Seth Godin. Whether you work for yourself or someone else, raise kids or teach, this is worth a read. I reckon most importantly a copy should be given to every teenager in every school in the country. It would get them to think for themselves, not go against the grain as much as just not being part of the status quo.
