Access Warrior: High-Performance Strength & Conditioning in Raheny

So you want to be an Ultimate Warrior?

Do you train in a facility where it has all the latest training machinery?

Do you make sure your outfit matches and there’s not a hair out of place?

I suppose you go around telling everyone how you ‘Lift’ and what your body fat % is.

There’s a good chance you’re better off where you are.

As for the rest of you!

Sick n’ Tired of all the latest training bullshit?

How everyone now ‘Lifts’ but can’t pull themselves out of bed.

They can either run for a week but look like a dehydrated carrot and run the risk of tearing a muscle lifting their water bottle or they can bench press the planet but look like Jonny Bravo in a pair in skinny jeans and tying their shoes is their form of cardio.

Listen, here’s your brother.

Now I’ve nothing against any of the above, each to their own. But while those two are at logger heads you and I are out there doing it all.

Yes there is someone with bigger lifts than us, others with a faster 10k or 100m times, yes there is lads doing fantastic stuff on bars and gymnastic rings that would put us to shame but you and I both know that across the board we’d annihilate them all.

We’ve been CrossFitting before that was even a thing!

This is why I’ve created the Access Warrior programme. As a StrongFirst Instructor, with my Strength and Conditioning Certs and Movement and Running Coaching I’ve come do learn that with just a Barbell, a Kettlebell and our Bodies we can do everything we need for Impressive Strength and Fitness achievements.

This is the push the limits type of programme. We’re talking about 5 x 90minute sessions a week and we won’t be wasting any of that time on a foam roller or stretching. You’ll be doing that stuff at home so that the time spent training is for exactly that.

If you think you’ll be grand to train and not do your maintenance work in your own time you will suffer and may even get injured.

  • I want only the serious, who are willing to train and live like athletes.

  • I will not be allowing just anyone jump on this programme.

  • There will be a Strength, Fitness and Movement criteria to meet.

I don’t care if you’re male or female, all I care is that you come with an open mind, willing to learn and that your book of excuses was burnt a long time ago.
